MUHD Syimir Amisabudin (No.17) celebrating with his Singapore Sports School teammates after scoring against Victoria School in the National B Division boys' football final at Meridien Junior College yesterday.
The defender's powerful long-range shot in the 31st minute was the first goal of a thrilling final, which his school eventually won 5-3.
Victoria equalised just six minutes later through Mohamed Amsyar B Omar Abdullah.
The Sports School's other scorers were Muhammad Zakir Samsudin (48th), Muhd Raushyan Mazlan (57th) and Muhammad Muhaimin Salim (69th, 83rd). Victoria found the net through Santosh Magar (52nd) and Muhammad Iskandar Zakarya (71st).
